Here is some useful vocabulary.
Firstly, you TRAVEL(verb) but you make/take/go on a TRIP, JOURNEY or an EXCURSION.
You buy your FLIGHT TICKETS (FLIGHTS) ONE WAY/SINGLE or ROUND TRIP/RETURN. CHECK IN at the airport, wait in the DEPARTURE LOUNGE, BOARD the PLANE to take your FLIGHT to your DESTINATION. TAKE OFF and LAND safely in you AIRPLANE and pass through immigration at the destination airport.
Check the CURRENCY EXCHANGE RATE to be sure of getting the best deal when changing money.
HIRE/RENT a car or CAMPER VAN.
TAKE/CATCH a TRAIN/BUS.
Find your way to your ACCOMMODATION (HOTEL, APARTMENT, B&B)
Go SIGHTSEEING. (See the main attractions)
